“Sophia worked with me in several individual sessions to address some imbalances from training for ironman triathlons and a marathon over the last few years. After a brief conversation and a few flow practices, she was able to identify those imbalances and provide a specific set of yoga positions to help elongate those muscles that have become overburdened. She cautioned time, no rushing. I listened, and it has worked! Weird issues that my PT couldn’t figure out exactly have diminished to the point where my running is back on track to being fast (no super tight adductors shortening my stride) and my swimming is pain free (no swimmer’s shoulder).
